RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT & UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS

Grades K to Grade 2: Rolles Gracie Gi (uniform), mouth guard and sparring gloves.

Grades 3 to Grade 6: Rolles Gracie Gi (uniform), mouth guard, sparring gloves, foot gear and helmet.

Teen / Adult students registered in the Kickboxing / MMA class should have a mouth guard, sparring gloves, foot gear and helmet.
*Teen / Adult Jiu Jitsu students are recommended to have a Rolles Gracie Gi (uniform) only.
